This introductory course is presented by BuildaBridge International, an arts organization based in Philadelphia, PA. The course will prepare you to work with children and youth living in contexts of crisis, poverty, and transition. This course presents key elements of a child-centered, trauma-informed, and hope-infused model for group art-making experiences in classroom and community settings. The course concepts, principles, and skills have proven effective for developing hope, healing and resilience with transitional and refugee children and youth.
