Arts & Crafts Weekend - Cincinnati Event

Nature writing, taught by noted author and journalist Erik Reece, will be featured during the annual arts and crafts weekend. Other classes are: digital photography; oil painting; rag rug weaving; and a daylong workshop on how to replace the seat on a hickory-bottom chair or stool, taught by Pine Mountain staff. The cost is $225 for each of the weekend workshops which in-cludes materials, instruction, meals and lodging. Pine Mountain Settlement School is located on the north slope of Pine Mountain in northern Harlan County.
