An opportunity for elementary school age kids to have a hands-on approach to learning about healthy eating. Chefs will be able to work with kids about their food choices and about healthy snacks. Kids personal trainers will also provide tips on exercising - their won personal training! Parents and caregivers will learn about ways to involve your kids in better food choices - what to reach for when snacking, how to prepare it, what to look for in the grocery and suggestions for ordering in restaurants.
