Cincinnati Opera Presents Cosi Fan Tutte - Cincinnati Event

Composed in 1789, Mozart's Così Fan Tutte is an ensemble comedy in the spirit of his earlier work, The Marriage of Figaro, where four young lovers' fidelity and faith are put to the test through disguises, double-dealings, and over-the-top comic duplicity. This unique production takes place on a film set in 1930s Hollywood. Così Fan Tutte was last presented during Cincinnati Opera's 1989 Summer Festival. Fiordiligi will be sung by Alexandra Deshorties and Marianna Pizzolato will be singing the role of Dorabella. Shawn Mathey will be singing the role of Ferrando and Teddy Tahu Rhodes will sing the role of Guglielmo. Despina will be sung by Nathalie Paulin, and William Shimell debuts with Cincinnati Opera in the role of Don Alfonso. Tickets: $27-$144 June 28 & 30 - 8PM
