Price Hill Family Health Fair - Cincinnati Event

Join Santa Maria Community Services and community health partners for the annual Family Health Fair. The 2018 Family Health Fair will be held on Sunday, April 8th, from 12:00 - 3:00 pm, at the Price Hill Recreation Center located at 959 Hawthorne Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45205.

Bring the whole family for a chance to receive free health education, resources, and screenings, enjoy refreshments, and win prizes. Children can participate in the Kid’s Health Zone for fun and educational activities. Free health screenings will be available for: blood pressure, body mass index, depression, cholesterol, glucose, A1C, sexually transmitted infections and diseases, pregnancy, vision, hearing, and more. Santa Maria Community Services is a non-profit organization serving Cincinnati’s Greater Price Hill by providing educational tools and resources to help build strong families, promote healthy residents, and foster neighborhood revitalization.
