The Urban Derby Experience - Cincinnati Event

Celebrate the Kentucky Derby in style! Join us for The Urban Derby Experience - the ultimate Kentucky Derby party - celebrating the food, fashion and fun of the Derby for a good cause and with an urban twist.

The event draws its inspiration from Cincinnati’s vibrant urban core and benefits the Elementz Hip-Hop Youth Art Center in Over-the-Rhine which fosters and channels the creative self-expression of Cincinnati’s youth through music, dance, poetry and art. 

To help attendees get in the Derby spirit, there will be festive bourbon drinks to sip on and signature sangria cocktails by Revel Urban Winery to savor. Attendees will enjoy an open bar with beer provided by Listermann and Rhinegeist. There will be exciting eats, delicious desserts and, of course, a thrilling live viewing of the 144th running of the Kentucky Derby.

The event will also feature music and live performances by Elementz students and alumni, a “flyest kicks” and “freshest hat” contest, a live painting session by renowned mural artist Xylene, and a silent auction with exciting packages and unique experiences. Tickets are $100.
