What: This one-day, self-guided tour gives attendees an exclusive peek into a variety of historic homes, luxury condos and modern apartments so they can see what urban living is all about, NKY style.  

The Catalytic Fund presents Beyond the Curb Urban Living Tours to encourage the “migration back to the urban core”. This is not your typical home tour. We include stunning finished homes, but also projects that are in progress to help visitors imagine the possibilities in the beautiful old buildings of the river cities. We also highlight the amenities that NKY offers, including world-class public art, quirky shops, charming gardens and parks and iconic architecture.

When: Sunday September 30 from 9:00-5:00

Where: Start your tour at either Wynner’s Cup Café’, 301 Elm St., Ludlow, KY OR at Trotta’s Steak and Seafood, 441 6^th Ave., Dayton. Buy tickets in advance at www.BeyondTheCurb.org. On the day of the tour, attendees will receive their official tickets and map of the route.
