Breastfeeding is the normal way to feed a baby, but like any new skill, it is something that must be learned. Join us for A Healthy Start Breastfeeding class at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 7 at the Amelia Branch Library. This class is designed for pregnant women who want to get breastfeeding off to a good start. Partners or any other support people are encouraged to attend as well. Class members will learn: The normal course of breastfeeding, latch and positioning, how to know your baby is getting enough, common challenges and how to overcome them, and more.
