Instagram Live Cooking Class With Chef Kevin Ashwo - Cincinnati Event

Join Chef Kevin Ashworth of soon-opening Khora restaurant on Instagram Live and learn to cook one of his delicious signature meals right from the comfort of home: Breaded Pork Chop “Parmesan”. Khora is one of Cincinnati’s most anticipated restaurants opening in the new Kinley Hotel located downtown this fall 2020.

Viewers can gather ingredients and tune into Khora’s Instagram page (@khorarestaurant) at 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, September 10 to follow along with Chef Kevin as he prepares the dish in real-time. Required ingredients include: 

• 2x1 in. thick porkchops
• Italian bread crumbs or panic
• 1 qt. garden tomatoes (any variety)
• 1 can crushed tomatoes
• 1 T. tomato paste
• 1 C. red wine (whatever you are drinking)
• 1/4 lbs. sliced provolone
• 1 pt. grated parmesan
• 1 pack of nori sheets
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oregano
